you can try making pressure/Level /Flow/ Temperature control units using P/PI/PID controllers that will help to study the effect of these controllers on these systems.


If you want to try something new in it then fo for ratio control of flow or control using on-off controller.


If you want some more advanced thing then try ladder programming in PLC.
