Unmanned Aerial Surveillance Vehicle, perhaps? The idea is a flying vehicle that you can remotely control from your PC, and has many different kind of sensors on board, to reach difficult places.
What you need is:
1. A radio-controlled zeppelin (balloon).
2. A PC loaded with GUI (graphics user interface) that you develop yourself. This GUI must enable you to control the movement of your vehicle by using joystick on your PC, and display all the data sent by your on-board camera %26amp; sensors.
3. On board camera.
4. Choices of sensors : temperature, pressure, humidity, proximity, etc.
You can utilize bluetooth, which you can buy off the shelf, for the wireless video and data transmission from your vehicle to your PC.
