I guess we are in the same class at school and I don't really appreciate your terrible ethics. This is plagarism, ya know? What is the danger of a manager maintaining too much control over plans and projects?
Micro management can really work against you. As a manager myself, I feel that giving the employees the opportunity to give SOME input makes them feel appreciated and happy employees is are productive employees.

Now, if you're talking about how upper management (Pres. or VP). make react to your control - now that is where it gets touchy. You need to do a balancing act there. They want you to take initiative but not too much where it may make them look bad or p***ed off.
