Who can give me a project using direct current or a simple motor control..?

i'll use it for my electrical engineering project.Who can give me a project using direct current or a simple motor control..?
I don't know of any online that aren't kits that you would have to buy. When I was taking electrical engineering and had to make my own projects, I relied on project manuals from Radio Shack or other electronics stores because the booklets were cheap, and then I could always buy the list of components right there in the store.
